Poster Papers - Presentation format

The Poster Sessions will take place at the end of each afternoon session during the Conference period. During the three days Conference, the Poster Sessions will start at 4 pm and will end at 6 pm, except the last day which will be from 3.30 pm to 5.30 pm. Authors should set up their posters during the lunch time from 12.10 pm to 13.30 pm.

Posters will be displayed in the Foyer (Level 4) of the conference hotel. Poster presentations will consist of visual materials about the work presented on a designated board. Dimensions of the poster boards: 2m wide and 2m high. Suitable material to display the posters will be provided. The program can be downloaded by clicking here
