For paid registrants (excluding students), a welcome cocktail and conference banquet is hosted. The welcome cocktail and Conference banquet are scheduled for the evenings of 28 and 30 of July, 2008:

CONFERENCE BANQUET / DINNER

Wednesday, 30th July 2008, 7:00 PM. Grand Ballroom 2 (Level 4)

COFFEE AND TEA BREAK

During the Conference, coffee / tea breaks will be provided in-between oral sessions, at 10.30 AM – 10.40 AM and during poster sessions at 16.00 – 18.00.

LUNCH

Each day, at 12.10 AM – 1.30 PM, conference lunch is provided at Grand Ballroom 2 (Level 4) for registered conference attendees.

For participants who wish to have other lunch options at their own expense, Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel also has several dining locations: Café Brios which serves International and Asian cuisine, Pontini that serves Northern Italian cuisine with private dining rooms, Grand Shanghai which serves Shanghainese cuisine with private dining rooms, The Piano Bar that has happy hour specials and nightly live entertainment and The Poolside bar with 24 hours in-room dining.
